Body Venous Bed Simulator
An anatomical model of the superior vena cava and the main body veins for performing endovascular interventions of varying complexity.
This silicone model represents the superior vena cava and the main vessels branching from it. The simulator details the jugular, subclavian, renal, and common iliac veins. Upon request, the Biomap team can integrate additional narrowing/dilation of vessel walls, as well as venous tortuosity in various locations.

This anatomical simulator of the main body veins is designed for training and skill enhancement in the field of endovascular surgery. The simulator is based on angiography and CT data, ensuring a high level of vascular topography detail.

The body venous bed simulator allows for the following endovascular interventions:

  • Balloon angioplasty and stenting of peripheral vessels
  • Placement of venous stent grafts
  • Thrombaspiration, mechanical thrombectomy, and combined thrombectomy techniques
  • Simulation of blood outflow when connected to an artery simulator
Package Includes:
The simulator is supplied in a protective case for storage and transport. The package also includes a stabilizing platform for securing the simulator and a light tablet.

For practice in angiographic suite conditions, we recommend using the separately purchased Biomap contrast agent.
